Occasionally clean excess dirt & dust from suede shoes with a suede brush.
Leather shoes should be polished from time to time for the best upkeep.
Maintain shoe shape, absorb moisture, and get rid of unpleasant odors utilizing cedar shoe trees.
Placing half rubber to the soles of your shoes will make them slip resistant and will add longevity to the shoe.
Adding rubber taps to the shoes heel will prevent untimely wear down.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We offer free shipping throughout the United States for orders over $350.00 USD. Products are shipped on regular workdays, Monday to Friday. A tracking number is provided via text when your order is fulfilled and placed for delivery.
Returns
We accept returns on non-custom orders as long as items are returned unused, in excellent condition with all of tags intact within 7 days of purchase. For made-to-measure orders we accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving the garment or shoe.
Once our warehouse have received and inspected your returned items, a refund will be processed within 5-7 working days, via the initial payment method. Goods marked final sale cannot be refunded or returned.
